Patient Care Coordinator - Phone Triage

Longstreet Clinic is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our Longstreet Clinic Oncology department located in Gainesville, GA. This is a full-time position. Previous medical office experience preferred. EPIC experience a plus.
Successful candidates will be able to utilize the switchboard to answer, screen and route calls while using proper phone etiquette at all times. Should be able to distinguish between emergency and non-emergency patient calls and request immediate help when needed. . Communicates appointment date, time and provider/physician with patients. Schedules, cancels or re-schedules appointments for patients as call volume permits.
