Supply Analyst - Warranty Claims - Sql Needed

We are currently seeking a Supply Analyst- Warrantyresponsible for overseeing Warranty Claims from dealers and PDC/Port, managing technical and financial settlements, and assisting in identifying product quality issues. Monthly duties involve creating and distributing warranty claim reports, ensuring adherence to warranty target expectations, and providing supervision in the absence of the Warranty supervisor or QA Dept manager.

The key responsibilities encompass various aspects of warranty claim operations, data management, program monitoring, and risk assessment.

Location: Fountain Valley, CA Hybrid

Payrate: $30- $38 DOE

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

• Dealer Warranty Claims:
• Manage dealer Warranty Claims, coordinating with suppliers, Finance, Accessory Supply, QA, and affiliates.
• Establish procedures for streamlined Dealer Claim Resolution and financial recovery plans.
• Data Management and Analysis:
• Update claim data for public products, optimize performance analytics, and supervise warranty analysis in other departments.
• Monitoring Warranty Activities:
• Monitor Field & PDC/Port warranty activities, ensuring KPI targets and financial recovery plans for active accessory programs.
• Participate in program kick-off meetings to define claim processes and provide accurate data and reports.
• Warranty Reports and Analysis:
• Create weekly & monthly warranty reports, defining risk classification, financial exposure, part performance trends, and recovery status.
• Monitor Warranty Claims on all programs, cooperating with internal departments and QA engineers.
• Program Risk Assessment:
• Monitor dealer warranty activity for program risk assessment, ensuring contractual compliance with all Company warranty obligations.
• Review warranty expectations on newly planned accessories, reporting on completion of warranty recovery status.



Key Performance Indicators:

• Optimize the claim database for Dealer warranty claim analysis.
• Review all Warranty Claims for Company, generating status reports, and coordinating settlements and payments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-6 years of professional-level cost control, warranty analysis experience, preferably in the automobile industry.
• Proficiency in word processors, spreadsheets, Access, SQL or programming languages for scalable database applications.
• Assessment Needed for MS Excel, Access, Powerpoint
