CAPITAL MARKET MIDDLE OFFICE ANALYST- SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCE
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Middle Office Analyst is a position that will develop and lead all aspect of strategic planning, maintain adequate operations procedures and systems for the Capital Market Operations within Business & Investment Services (B&IS). This function covers incumbent's responsibilities for operations relating to all line of business within Capital Market primarily supporting the daily Supply Chain Finance activities. The overall objective is to help ensure all SCF programs are onboarded correctly and in a timely manner.

The Middle Office Analyst is a position that will develop and lead all aspect of strategic planning, maintain adequate operations procedures and systems for the Capital Market Operations within Business & Investment Services (B&IS). This function covers incumbent's responsibilities for operations relating to all line of business within Capital Market primarily supporting the daily Supply Chain Finance activities. The overall objective is to help ensure all SCF programs are onboarded correctly and in a timely manner.
What you will do
- Providing support to Front Office SCF Sales
- Maintain and manage daily tasks including but not limited to trade entries, management control reports
- Create SCF Program documentation
- Forward all relevant documentation to AFS Boarding and Trade Service Operations for onboarding and subsequent buyer/supplier training and Transactions
- Support CIS and KYC for clients and related parties
- Request third party due diligence searches and documents (e.g., Certificates of Good Standing, UCC Liens, OFAC/World Compliance)
- Generate and validate completion of SCF Boarding Checklist
- Support boarding of suppliers/buyers on non-bank platforms
- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters
- Ensure all areas of responsibility comply with policies and procedures
Must-Have*
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in financial services/ banking industry
- Minimum 1-2 year of operations management, client service management, documentation, or client training experience required
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing customer service
Skills and Knowledge
- Prior experience working in a Capital Market Middle Office environment
- An understanding of Trade Finance & Supply Chain Finance
- Familiarity with loan documents, UCC Filing and KYC protocols & documents
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
- Must have expert level understanding of Microsoft Office Programs
- User's understanding of AFS, FTI, and/or IBS
- Experience reading and translating DCRR/Approvals into unexecuted Document Packages and Boarding Checklists
- Knowledge of UCC search, position, and filing
- Ability to interpret legal agreements from inside and outside counsel, their execution, and retention standards
