Job Description
COGS' client is currently looking for a proficient and driven Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join their team based at the HQ in the SF Bay Area. Reporting directly to the SVP Supply Chain, the ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing team objectives, establishing and managing KPIs, and conducting analytical assessments. This role demands a strategic mind with robust analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to fostering ongoing enhancements. Direct engagement with departmental leaders is expected, facilitating monthly progress reports to senior executives within the company.
- Implement and oversee milestone establishment and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) management.
- Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of Supply Chain operations.
- Ensure alignment of team milestones with overarching business objectives and track progress accordingly.
- Conduct thorough analyses of Supply Chain KPIs to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Create executive-level reports and presentations to convey analytical findings and recommendations.
- Monitor team operating expenses (OPEX), identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage budgets.
- Collaborate with finance and other departments to achieve Supply Chain financial objectives.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams including sourcing, planning, procurement, logistics, NPI, and sustainability.
- Offer insights and recommendations to inform executive-level decision-making processes.
Qualifications and Education:
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Have at minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain management.
- Demonstrate proven experience in a senior-level Supply Chain analytics role, preferably within a multinational corporation.
- Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in data analysis tools.
- Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for executive-level reporting.
- Showcase leadership abilities and a history of driving initiatives.
- Familiarity with sustainability initiatives in the Supply Chain is a bonus.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
