You will serve as a Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist in the Fleet Support Team (FST) within the Maintenance Branch of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying the theories and principles of Logistics Management to sustain assigned air weapons system through production (i.e., supply support, maintenance planning, support equipment, contracting assistance, design interface); 2) Interpreting and applying Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) policies to assigned air weapons systems, sub-systems and related equipment; 3) Evaluating logistics program for assigned air weapons system to ensure compliance with ILS practices; 4) Monitoring ILS supportability to ensure assigned air weapons systems meet fleet/customer schedules; and 5) Assisting integrated team members in the accomplishment of work to resolve problems and deliver cost-effective logistics products.
