THE JOB:
The primary responsibility of the Food Runner is to serve guests while providing courteous and prompt table-side service. The runner must be able to describe all dishes brought to the dining room in a detailed manner and answer pertinent questions.
By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Efficiently deliver plated dishes from the kitchen to the appropriate tables, ensuring timely and accurate service
• Collaborate closely with servers and kitchen staff to maintain seamless communication and uphold the restaurant's standards of presentation and service excellence
• Anticipate and promptly address any guest needs or special requests, ensuring a memorable dining experience while maintaining a professional and polished demeanor
