Supervisor, Accounts Receivable

What You'll Do We are seeking an AR Supervisor who is dedicated to leading and inspiring a team of 7+ credit and account receivables specialists as part of the Financial Shared Services Organization. These specialists are ensuring payments are collected timely, disputes are resolved quickly and appropriate credit lines are in place while ensuring customer satisfaction and proactive sales engagement. Ensures past due invoices within team are collected timely while keeping goodwill of customers Ensures team is resolving disputes and short payments within policy Manage team of professional commercial Credit & AR Specialists, reviews goals and objectives for team and provides direction as needed Mitigates customer risk within team by setting and managing appropriate customer credit lines Develops and supports internal relationships by partnering with field management to resolve account issues Ensures proper SOX controls and deliverables for AR team Ensures policies and procedures are followed supporting organizational and Credit & Receivable departmental requirements Escalates account issues to management as needed Assists with special projects, preparation of reports or other duties as assigned. What You'll Need Bachelor's/Associates degree in Finance or Accounting preferred Minimum 1 year supervisory and AR/Collections experience; leading and motivating others. Intermediate knowledge and experience working with MS Office Suite, with strong Excel skills, SAP experience a strong plus Experience with credit risk mitigation and balancing customer needs with credit risk Able to demonstrate strong business acumen-ability to review and understand credit and collection policy and present ideas Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills, managing communications from line level staff to field management Excellent customer service skills with well-developed interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, tact, and discretion. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle diverse and significant workload Must demonstrate active listening skills that can collect accurate and detailed information Experience with SOX controls and associated responsibilities preferred. Where You'll Work This is a hybrid role! You will be required to do 2 days in office and 3 days remote. Location is in Dublin, OH.
