Seeking super kind, fun, motivated and highly emotionally intelligent Personal Assistant for busy academic/doctor to assist with administrative activities of private clinical practice, professional and project-based collaboration activities primarily in the artificial intelligence/data science, healthcare and international development spaces.

While this is a hybrid role, please be based in Tucson, AZ with reliable transportation, valid license/insurance, willingness to undergo background screening and have a strong motivation to learn/cross-trained, be flexible and grow with the position as needs require. Please have some comfort in basic applications or willingness to learn/be trained including Microsoft Office, Asana, Slack, Google Workplace, Zotero, Notion, OS X iCal/Outlook calendar, online research, Sessions Health/EMR's, Telehealth, etc.
Requirements
- Check and manage emails, calls, etc interacting with patients, stakeholders, third parties in scheduling/managing calendars, EHR/EMR’s and billing, etc
- Answer any outstanding messages, emails or inquires for requests/to do’s etc.
- Manage marketing and outreach activities for private practice and new initiatives around this such as starting remote/telehealth
- Perform web-based research and activities as requested
- Make inquires, calls, etc, on my behalf to make appts, requests, etc.
- Perform minimal weekly errands, go to the market, etc, on behalf.
- Help with organization, suggestions for improving efficiency, sharing new ideas, etc.
- Management and tracking of online tools such as Asana
- Daily check in with status updates, reporting, actionables and short status meetings/touch points
