Social Media Manager/Personal Assistant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. In addition to managing our Social Media presence, this role will also entail serving as a personal assistant to a content creator. As a Social Media Manager and Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience, as well as providing administrative support to the content creator. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our digital marketing efforts while supporting the day-to-day activities of a creative professional.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement

- Manage all Social Media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn

- Create and curate engaging content for Social Media channels, including graphics, videos, and written posts

- Monitor Social Media trends and stay up-to-date with industry best practices

- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms

- Analyze Social Media metrics and generate reports on performance

- Stay informed about emerging Social Media platforms and tools

- Provide administrative support to the content creator, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence

Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating visually appealing graphics

- Proven experience in Social Media management, preferably in a professional setting

- Strong relationship management skills to effectively engage with followers and build brand loyalty

- Familiarity with Social Media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer

- Knowledge of public relations principles and practices for effective brand communication

- Understanding of SEO principles to optimize Social Media content for search engines

- Experience with e-commerce platforms and strategies for driving online sales

- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative Social Media campaigns

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Knowledge of advertising principles for effective promotion on Social Media platforms
