We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Summer Law Clerk to join our team for a rewarding summer internship experience.

JobDescription:

As a Summer Law Clerk at Gallian Welker & Associates, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of legal practice. You will work closely with our attorneys and legal professionals on a range of legal matters, which may include but are not limited to:

• 
  Legal research and analysis.

• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and agreements.

• Assisting with client interviews and consultations.

• Observing and participating in court proceedings, depositions, and negotiations.

• Conducting due diligence and document review.

• Providing support to attorneys in case preparation and strategy development.

• Engaging in legal writing and document preparation.

Qualifications:

• 
  Currently enrolled in an accredited law school program.

• Strong academic record with a keen interest in the legal field.

• Excellent research and analytical skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Attention to detail and a high level of organization.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.

• Proficiency in legal research tools and software is a plus.
