Overview:
AVR Van Rental, a leading company in the vehicle rental industry, is seeking a highly
organized and experienced Title Clerk / Fleet Administrator to join our team. This hybrid
position offers the flexibility of working three days in the office and two days from home,
providing the perfect blend of collaborative in-person work and remote work
convenience.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of vehicle titles, including processing new titles, title
transfers, and updates in accordance with state regulations.
Coordinate with the DMV and other governmental agencies to resolve any title or
registration issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of the vehicle fleet, including registration, titling, and
any pertinent updates.
Assist in the administration of the fleet, including scheduling maintenance,
monitoring vehicle status, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory
requirements.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely
handling of fleet-related tasks.
Provide support for fleet expansion activities, including documentation and
compliance checks for new vehicles.
Facilitate communication between office staff and remote teams to ensure
efficient workflow and information exchange.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in DMV titling and/or vehicle fleet management is required.
Strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to vehicle titling and
registration.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and
prioritize effectively.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable learning new software and
systems.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or additional education
is a plus.
