PSEG is looking for an Intern for the Energy Supply Acquisition and Operations for Summer 2024
This job involves working as an analyst supporting the departments in the Energy Supply organization.
This position will be Hybrid – with the work location being in the Newark HQ
Assignments will include working alongside professionals in the following areas:
• Assist the energy settlements team with daily and monthly reporting responsibilities
• Assist the energy settlements team with execution of controls
• Process data requests and ensure satisfactory completion of reporting requirements
• Assist in the development of gas and electric procurement regulatory filings
• Support the compliance and controls process, including process and control documentation
Required Education/Skills: The successful candidate(s) must be actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited institution in a Business/Finance/Energy or Engineering. PSEG recognizes institutions of higher education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent. Candidates must have completed sophomore level course work for consideration.

- 3.0 GPA
All PSEG internship roles are paid at an hourly rate, however there are no medical benefits associated with these positions. Candidates are expected to work 40 hours per week over the duration of the summer internship. We are targeting currently enrolled/matriculating students that are able to commute to their designated work location as needed. Housing, transportation, and immigration support will not be provided in association with these positions.
