Kerlo Research is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinical Research Operations Intern. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of Clinical Research Operations while working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Our team specializes in conducting clinical trials across a wide range of therapeutic areas, collaborating with pharmaceutical companies, academic institutions, and healthcare organizations to bring innovative treatments to market.
*Responsibilities:*
- Assist in the coordination and execution of Clinical Research studies under the guidance of senior research staff.
- Support the development and maintenance of study documentation, including protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms.
- Assist with patient recruitment and screening activities, including reviewing medical records and obtaining informed consent.
- Coordinate study-related logistics, such as scheduling patient visits, ordering supplies, and managing study databases.
- Assist with data collection and entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness of study records.
- Participate in study meetings and communicate effectively with study team members and external collaborators.
*Qualifications:*
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, public health, Clinical Research).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in Clinical Research or healthcare settings is preferred but not required.
*Duration and Location:*
This is an internship position based at our headquarters in Monmouth Junction. The internship duration is flexible with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
