As a Patient Care and Billing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our pediatric dental office. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting patients with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
• Coordinating with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Providing information to patients and their families regarding treatments and procedures.
• Collaborating with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage billing processes efficiently
• Verify and process insurance claims
• Collaborate with dental providers to ensure accurate coding
• Handling inquiries and Billing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Stay updated on insurance regulations and policies

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in dental billing and insurance coordination
• Proficient in dental coding and Billing software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for working with children and creating a positive atmosphere.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
