Spherion Staffing in Lakeland has partnered with a local manufacturing and distribution facility who is looking to add a customer service advocate to their growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a "People-First" attitude. ...

- Responsible to maintain client communication and ensure client satisfaction.
- Build relationships with customers supporting.
- Work with customers to resolve issues and problem solve at all times.
- High levels of calls handled daily with additional communication via email or chat.
- Work with carriers to complete dock searches for missing product.
- Check inventory availability.
- Troubleshoot product issues and order parts as needed for customers.`
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 5+ years of customer service phone experience
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office to include Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Cabinetry experience is a plus
