We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Studio Manager for our new Frisco, Texas location. This manager will oversee all aspects of studio performance. This includes overseeing and driving revenue, sales, studio operations, customer experience and community impact. The ideal candidate is a sales and customer service guru, with tremendous leadership skills. Our ideal manager has a passion for all things health, fitness and wellness and is a results driven individual with an insatiable appetite for growth!
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the studio
- Manage and supervise studio staff, including scheduling and training
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Implement and enforce studio policies and procedures
- Coordinate and schedule studio events, classes, and workshops
- Conduct interviews and hire new staff members
- Provide administrative support, including record keeping and data entry
Experience:
- Previous sales experience required.
-Minimum one year in a managerial role required, preferably in the health, fitness or wellness space
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Exceptional customer service skills
