Studio Manager - Orangetheory Fitness

We’d love you to have Orangetheory experience, but we’ll take into consideration leadership and management experience somewhere else. Managerial experience, and what goes into day-to-day operations as well as an eye for the future is a plus. Here’s more of what we’re looking for:

Specific job duties and selection requirements vary between Orangetheory studio locations and more details can be provided by the studio’s hiring manager if you are selected to move forward in the interview process.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the studio, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and well-stocked with inventory
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients, addressing any questions or concerns
- Utilize the POS system to process sales transactions and maintain accurate records
- Drive sales by actively promoting products and services to customers
- Train and supervise employees, providing ongoing coaching and feedback
- Conduct employee orientation and ensure all staff members are knowledgeable about company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and promotions

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and exceeding customer expectations
- Experience in retail management or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of retail math and the ability to analyze sales data to make informed business decisions
- Proficiency in using POS systems for processing transactions and managing inventory
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

*Previous Orangetheory Fitness / Health and Wellness Experience Preferred.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
