We are currently seeking a high energy, detail driven, Certified Personal Trainer with tons of customer service experience, sales experience and management experience to join our work family as a Studio Manager.
As the Studio Manager, you will be responsible for helping our fitness studio grow and maintain our status as one of the top performing F45 studios in the country.
As Studio Manager, you will run all front-of-house fitness studio operations. You will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team at this studio. The Studio Manager is not only a mentor, but an Ambassador of our brand, and a proven leader.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all day-to-day operations and overall studio performance
Maintains accurate records using our established sales and tracking systems to properly manage and exceed all sales and operational budgets
Ensure all Front Desk systems and studio practices/processes are adhered to, including member check-in, telephone inquiries, payment handling, delinquent account procedures, and customer care calls
Establish and maintain an effective referral program
Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity and professionalism to both clients and internal staff
Gives studio tours to potential members
Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients through email, phone and text
Proper onboarding of all new members
Ensure studio branding by adhering to company guidelines and values
Maintain a strong working knowledge of our small-group training programs by participating in network training events and seminars
Maintain top-notch cleanliness, appearance, and organization of the studio and inventory
Help recruit, hire, train and deliver the onboarding program for all staff
Create and post daily/weekly social media posts
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Must have a Personal Training Certification through a nationally recognized organization
Must have CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
2+ years of management experience, including directly overseeing all aspects of staff management from hiring, training, supporting, disciplining, and terminating
1+ years of proven sales leadership in the Health & Fitness industry preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to multi-task and stay organized
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
Proficient in Google Drive and Mindbody Online
Ability to work and function in a team environment
Must possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients
Ability to work independently and collaborate with Studio Owner, Sales Managers and Associates, Marketing Director, trainers and most importantly -- clients
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
