Job Summary

This position is an excellent fit for someone who is passionate about managing a business in the wellness industry, and desires to make an impact on all business disciplines to include sales, marketing, community involvement, customer service, and taking on the initial role as lead practitioner.

The Studio Manager and Lead Vital Stretch Practitioner is responsible for driving introductory and membership sales, nurturing community partnerships, performing assisted stretches and training fellow practitioners, and maintaining all functions of the studio. This is a full-time, on-site position that oversees studio operations to ensure continued success. You will report to the Franchise Owner.

The Studio Manager and Lead Vital Stretch Practitioner should be committed to creating an easy and enjoyable experience for our clients. We’re looking for someone with a passion for community involvement, networking and growing our brand awareness through organic social media marketing. We are looking for someone to exemplify our mission and act as a Brand Ambassador for The Vital Stretch.

Requirements

The Studio Manager and Lead Vital Stretch Practitioner must have the ability to convert first-timers into members, nurture client relationships, increase client retention, and act as the lead practitioner in the startup phase of the Studio

Studio Manager requirements:

● 1-2 years of fitness sales, membership sales or equivalent experience

● Must have reliable transportation and be willing to be on-site in San Antonio, TX a minimum of five days per week, once the Studio is open

● Ability to drive multiple revenue streams, including but not limited to, introductory clients, memberships, retail, add-on services

● Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess a situation and pivot accordingly

● Must be a self-starter, with the ability to independently guide a client through the sales funnel

● Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.

● Must have solid written and grammar skills

● Must have some experience managing social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook

● Professional, punctual, and reliable.

● Experience with G-Suite and studio softwares such as Club Ready is strongly preferred

● A passion for the fitness industry is a plus

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Lead Vital Stretch Practitioner requirements:

● Seeking candidates with a variety of backgrounds to include:

○ Personal Trainers (must have or be pursuing ACSM, NASM, ACE, or ISSA certifications

○ Massage Therapy

○ Dancers

○ Sports and Exercise Science

● Vital Stretch Practioners (VSPs) will receive paid training with The Vital Stretch® Method, which was founded by a Physical Therapist and a Chiropractic Physician and incorporates a variety of training techniques, including AIS, PNF, and other static and dynamic progressions

Duties

Store Manager Duties include:

● Attend events both in-studio and in the area, representing The Vital Stretch

● Lead generation including GrassRoots Marketing and Networking

● Manage staff schedules

● Assist with Social Media Marketing

● Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio

● Monitor studio technology, flagging any functionality issues to the appropriate team member

● Plan and execute local events

● Find new and maintain existing strategic partnerships with local businesses

● Help promote sales by distributing print collateral to surrounding businesses

● Supervise our Sales Associate(s) and Vital Stretch Practitioners (VSPc)

● Independently make decisions related to high level customer service

● Enforce our policies and procedures, ensuring all appropriate forms are signed

● Ensure administrative supplies and branded collateral are stocked and displayed appropriately.

● Manage appropriate marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.

● Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions

● Working with Co-Developers on setting monthly, weekly and daily targets for meeting the goals of the territory.

Lead Vital Stretch Practitioner duties:

● 1 -on- 1 hands-on stretching sessions with guests in the startup phase of the Studio

● Careful listening to guests to understand their “Why”

● Provide a safe, welcoming space for guests to get out of their heads and be in their bodies

● Assist with training future Vital Stretch practitioners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
