Job Description and Duties

Under close supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, in a learner capacity, the Student Assistant provides support on a wide variety of clerical and administrative tasks to the Development Unit of the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee. The Student Assistant is responsible for assisting staff with core duties related to office administration, compiling and organizing information, and updating databases.

Only candidates graduating after December 31, 2024 will be considered.

Department Information

The California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (CTCAC) administers the federal and state Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Programs. Both programs were created to promote private investment in affordable rental housing for low-income Californians.

Minimum Qualifications

Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment.
