We’re looking for a Strategy Lead to join Arcadia. The strategist will be a key player in driving the ambition of our AR studio by turning insights into AR strategies, ideas, and experiences. You will also work closely with the Head of Marketing to manage daily operations and execute the studio's marketing strategy. Your role will be instrumental in driving the vision and business transformation goals of the studio. You will lead a high-performance strategy function while also contributing to Snap's broader Enterprise AR strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Partner with the Head of Marketing, Head of Business, and the Global Director to develop the strategic vision that inspires best-in-class creative on high-profile external facing projects.
Oversee the strategy function, setting clear priorities, goals, and paths to delivery for each project.
Work with cross-functional teams to establish strategic and creative approaches to assignments and shepard the strategic vision through completion.
Develop insightful perspectives on the role of AR in solving business and consumer problems, grounded in compelling data and human-centric design.
Evaluate ideas for distinctiveness, relevance, and effectiveness, refining them collaboratively as a team.
Guide clients toward bold, innovative AR use cases by working with account, marketing, production, comms, and creative leads.
Help lead projects from brainstorm to completion, encourage creative thinking to generate innovative ideas, and set each project’s strategic direction to align with Arcadia’s goals.
Serve as a public ambassador for Arcadia, communicating the studio's story and those of its partners.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proven ability to foster trusted long-term relationships with senior-level clients across various industries.
History of working with global teams and/or clients. Ability to understand nuance in different cultures and forms of communication.
Demonstrated success in treating strategy as a business, leading with equal emphasis on best-in-class strategic development and business results.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Ability to communicate effectively with product and R&D teams as well as designers, copywriters, and production.
Passion for data, insights, innovation and creativity, with the ability to drive strategic innovation across the organization and promote a culture of collaboration.

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $152,000-$228,000 annually.
The base salary range for this position is $144,000-$217,000 annually.
The base salary range for this position is $129,000-$194,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
