Betis Group is looking for a Strategic Account Associateto join our team. The Strategic Account Associate will be responsible for supporting the tablet education program on-site at several correctional facilities. They will also be responsible for driving user engagement and utilization of deployed tablets with quarterly success metrics. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in teaching/training or account management/sales and will be able to demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, they embrace a growth mindset and have the ability to see more than a single story. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with the client, and ensuring the needs of the user are met in a timely and efficient manner.

This position requires reimbursable travel up to 3-4 days per week to facility locations within the state of Massachusetts. Must have a reliable vehicle and driver’s license in good standing.

  • Visit facilities within the client’s jurisdiction where tablets are in use to meet with students and staff in order to drive utilization of the tablet programs
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with facility management
  • Understand the client’s use case, goals and needs, and develop strategies to effectively address them and align to goals
    • Remove barriers to tablet utilization within facilities and proactively offer support and solutions
    • Identify training needs
    • Maintain a working relationship with facility staff to promote a positive strategy around tablet use and adoption
  • Serve as a liaison between facility staff, tablet users and internal teams, ensuring that all parties are aligned on goals and deliverables
  • Work closely with the Strategic Account Manager and Director of Strategic Account Management to identify training needs, opportunities to improve account performance and grow the business
  • Monitor account activity and performance against OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), review data analytics, providing regular reports to clients and internal teams. Key Results are targeted percentage gains in utilization and outcomes as determined by the Strategic Account Manager each quarter
  • Develop and execute account plans that drive growth and meet or exceed targets
  • Stay in tune with new products releases, changes and developments, sharing insights with clients and internal teams as appropriate
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2 years professional experience in Teaching/Training OR Account Management/Sales
  • Experience in customer service, education and tablet user experience
  • Strong ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to promote program objectives through education, motivation and guidance
  • Experience with Google Suite of products
