We are looking for a diligent Estimator to prepare accurate estimates for projects by gathering information and analyzing important metrics. You will provide knowledge of cost and benefits that support profitable business decisions. The ideal candidate will have excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset. You must be thorough and apt in managing relationships with key persons. The goal is to provide detailed reports so the company can make informed decisions that will enhance its profitability and growth.

- Job Estimating
- Take Offs
- Material Pricing
- Material Ordering
- Typing and Sending Proposals
- Following up on sent proposals
- Creating job files
- Helping manage awarded jobs
- Working directly with CEO to fine tune and/or change current procedures
- Forward thinking and constant innovation

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
