Timberline Construction, Inc. is a general contractor with a long history performing ground-up and tenant improvement construction, with a focus on restaurant building. We are looking for a seasoned estimator that has a minimum of seven years’ experience in the construction field that can accurately estimate projects from an initial concept to full set of construction documents within an request for a proposal.
Position Summary
This position serves as the primary point of contact for all preconstruction efforts within Timberline. Responsibilities range from initial contact with Customer/Architect/Construction Manager for RFP Documents, coordinating with other estimators and project teams, reaching out to subs/vendors for pricing, building and reviewing final estimates, creating bid forms and scope letters and maintaining progress status of all projects that the organization is pursuing.

What we expect… (Essential Functions)
· Reviews data and drawings to determine scopes and level bids across all trades.
· Compute cost factors and prepare estimates used for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work, vendors and determining cost effectiveness
· Consults with customers, subcontractors, vendors, or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates
· Interaction with subcontractors to help maintain bid list and contact information
· Serves as the main point of contact for all preconstruction efforts, pursuing new opportunities for the organization
This is a full-time position with medical benefits, vacation time, sick days, paid holidays, 401K program, and a salary that is negotiable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
