General Summary
The Technical Account Manager develops and manages new business from existing client accounts while initializing and cultivating lasting relationships with them.

Responsibilities:
- Generates sales for a portfolio of existing accounts as well as acquiring new accounts
- Assists with the creation of IT roadmaps and preset recommendations, proposals to customers point toward managed services
- Experience with selling managed services effectively
- Keep current in all new products, training and skillsets as needed to enhance future growth
- Manages daily activity of products configurations, pricing and quoting
- Works with outside sales team with technology knowledge and input on solutions
- Champions luncheon events, other promotional ideas to further the business
- Identifies new sales opportunities within existing accounts by both up selling and cross selling
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years technical sales preferred
- BA preferred
- Must have experience in Technology Sales and Account Management
