Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development
- Manage social media platforms to attract and engage potential candidates
- Communicate with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide appropriate staffing solutions
- Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all staffing activities
- Utilize HR sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in staffing and recruitment
- Coordinate employee orientation sessions to ensure smooth onboarding process
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM system to track candidate information and manage the recruitment process
- Negotiate terms and conditions of employment contracts with candidates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience in staffing, recruitment, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Proficient in ADP or similar HR software systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively use social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Experience conducting employee orientations and onboarding processes
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus
