Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance equipment to ensure the safety of the premises
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter and detect any suspicious activity
- Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Maintain accurate records of all security-related incidents
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees with any security-related concerns
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary

Skills:
- Proficient in operating CCTV cameras and surveillance equipment
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations effectively
- Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and other emergency response procedures
- Familiarity with loss prevention techniques to minimize theft or damage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions

Requirements:
- Valid Security Officer certificate or license
- Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or security preferred
- Must pass a comprehensive background check
