Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and making beds
- Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and amenities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests by addressing their needs and concerns promptly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and techniques
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of cleanliness
- Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards is a plus
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is an asset
- Basic understanding of custodial duties and floor care procedures
