Job description

A commercial real estate firm in New Jersey is looking to add a Staff Accountant to their growing team. They have been in business for over 50 years servicing institutional and private owners to help operate properties, evaluate options, and create solutions to protect and improve property asset values. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience within the commercial real estate industry.
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
  • Tech: MRI, Yardi, Appfolio
  • Experience with bank reconciliations, balance sheet analytics, tenant billings
  • Knowledge of lease abstracts, cash-based financial reporting, prepaid accruals

Location: in office in Plainfield NJ
Compensation: $90,000 - $95,000 base salary + Benefits
