Staff Accountant

Why Work Here?Growing company in the consumer products business.   Able to work remotely and set own hours. SnS Grills is an on line retailer of products for the barbecue grilling industry.  The company has continued to grow since our beginning in 2014.   We need an accountant/bookkeeper to join our team and assume responsibility for accounting functions. Qualifications·      Accounting degree or comparable experience·      Strong skills in QuickBooks ·      Good general computer skills including Excel·      Able to work remotely Responsibilities·       Monitor and record all financial transactions utilizing QuickBooks

·       Assure all expenses are properly categorized

              - Credit card transactions

               - All banking transaction 

·       Assure an adequate process is in place for month end and year financial statements

·       Handle accounts payable and receivable

·       Maintain the general ledger and balance sheet

·       Forecast cash flow

·       Maintain records of all fixed assets and depreciation

·       Assure adequate records of inventory

·       Submit monthly sales tax reports

·       Interact with outside Tax Advisor

·       All other financial activities in support of the business
