Job Description

Support the accounting department and perform various duties such as maintaining the general ledger, preparing financial reports, assisting with audits, and reconciling accounts.

Core Job Duties

• Perform month-end close functions for any assigned subsidiary, including month-end journal entries, accrued and/or prepaid account analysis, and variance analysis to prior periods.
• Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Perform assigned bank.
• Perform various revenue uploads between the billing system, bank, and general.
• Continuously seek opportunities to update processes, creating efficiencies within the monthly accounting cycle.
• Perform various and frequent ad hoc projects and any analysis as requested by management.
• Support Projects and Acquisitions accounting.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Possess an inquisitive attitude, seeking to understand the broad business picture
• Demonstrate understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
• Highly motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
• Exceptional organization and time management skills
• Ability to flex and adapt to changing business needs
• Strong interpersonal skills; candidate will interact with all levels of the
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
