About Us

We have been around since 1995 and are a buzzing little office in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte NC looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team. We work very hard, have open and honest communications, and enjoy a family - oriented culture at our office. Our office is located within minutes of the I-485 and NC 521 junction.

YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• BA/BS degree, preferably in accounting
• A minimum of 1-3 years full cycle accounting experience
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks, MS Office suite, Phone, CRM and some technical computer skills
• Outgoing, energetic, motivated, personable, team player/builder
• Enthusiasm to learn and to make an impressionable contribution to the company
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Possess the skill sets to train others on multiple topics at all levels of the company
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strive to meet all due dates after prioritizing all work tasks
• Ability to interact professionally in meeting the needs of both internal & external customers
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to follow up and follow through
• Neat & professional appearance

Job Description

• Manage monthly account reconciliations along with publishing monthly financial, budgetary, and tax reporting
• Management of banking/investment relations, insurance management, human resource matters, hiring & professional recruitment, payroll management
• Active in new customer and vendor onboarding with credit approvals and vetting requirements, along with customer collections
• Customer invoicing & vendor billing
• Information gathering and report generation
• Cost/revenue and service analysis
• Initiate cost savings programs
• Administrative support for CEO and VP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
