Job Title : Sr. Staff/Staff Engineer, NAND Process Pathfinding
Location : Sacramento or San Jose CA

In the rapidly growing NAND Flash space amid the era of big data, this is an exciting time to be at SK Hynix NAND America. SK Hynix NAND America is looking for a talent that has a strong background and experience in Semiconductor Processes. The candidate will be working in the NAND pathfinding team to develop the next-generation NAND technology.
- Joining us as a Senior/ Staff Process Engineer, you will become an integral member of our pioneering team dedicated to the development of cutting-edge 3D NAND technology. Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining process module requirements and implementing integration flows for innovative NAND cell technology.
- Establishing technology specs, process module requirements, and design rules.
- Analyzing, extracting, interpreting, and providing feedback on both inspection and measured data.
- Collaborating with diverse teams in process development, process integration, device simulation, circuit design, media architecture, and reliability to meet technology requirements.
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of NAND flash process experience
- In-depth understanding of NAND unit process, scaling, and device physics
- Knowledge of different types of dry etch reactors, and plasma physics/chemistries
- High aspect ratio etch experience (preferred)
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and driving vendors for solutions.
- Proficient in statistical data analysis and design of experiments
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Demonstrated innovation and creativity
- The base salary range for Staff lvl: $126,000 - $154,000
- Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
- Additional compensation may include annual bonuses, discretionary bonuses and benefits.
- The base salary range for Staff lvl: $137,000 - $168,000
- Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
