This position is a fully remote work from home (WFH), but candidates must live and be authorized to work within the United States.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

  • Base Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 (USD Annually)
    • The salary range will be based on your experience and cost of living.
  • Additional Compensation / Benefits:
    • Annual bonuses - we offer a yearly bonus based on company goals being hit with a 12% target.
    • 401k matching - we match 200% of 401k contributions up to the first 5% of your salary for a total of up to 10%
    • Medical - we cover 99% of your health care premium for you and all dependants
      • For qualified plans, we contribute $2,000/yr into your Health Savings Account (HSA)
      • For qualified plans, we match up to $500/yr into your Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
    • We offer additional bonuses for each positive customer survey and sometimes do one-off company-wide bonuses.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD BE:

  • In collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team, create a clear talent management philosophy and strategy. 
  • Create and drive the execution of all of Patch My PCs talent management programs that are in alignment with our talent management philosophy and values. This includes performance management, goal setting, promotion processes, and performance reviews.
  • Assess, evaluate and recommend tools, applications and technologies that will help ensure that our processes are scalable as Patch My PC continues to grow.
  • Create and drive a transparent talent management process that enables our team members to build and develop their careers.
  • Assess, measure and report on critical data/metrics related to our talent processes to ensure we are making progress towards our longer term goals
  • You’ll serve as a strategic partner for our business leaders while also being a strong advocate for all team members and our culture/values.
  • Your knowledge and deep relationships across the business will inform and drive our talent management programs. 
  • Help managers understand People policies and the “why” behind decisions so that they can better adopt and support People programs. 
  • Quickly handle and resolve any team member relations issues
  • Provide guidance and input on organizational design including any business function restructuring, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Proactively identify training needs for the business and ensure those are delivered  so that our team members and leaders have the skills needed for our growing business.

THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • You’ve built and delivered high-impact talent programs for organizations of our size or larger.
  • You have a proven track record of building high trust, high impact relationships across an organization at all levels
  • You have experience in a high-growth environment and can demonstrate the ability to navigate change personally and lead the organization through needed change
  • You know how to use data to drive needed change
  • You have experience coaching managers and leaders on all aspects of people leadership
  • Deep understanding of employment law
