We are seeking a Behavior Program Manager in our Northern Colorado branch to oversee our Behavior Services Program. This role supports a team of clinicians in providing behavior counseling, consultation, and assessment to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community-based settings. Our social work model focuses on a whole person approach to behavioral health and we integrate evidence-based practices to create support plans to help people with disabilities reach their goals while living as active members of their community.
The Behavior Manager position will oversee the clinical team providing direct services as well as maintain a small caseload of individuals as well. The role will be responsible for program growth and development with the goal to expand our services to meet the needs of individuals in the Northern regional area. The role integrates clinical skills and supervision with program development and oversight leading to a dynamic position with room for growth and opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of specialized clinicians dedicated to delivering exceptional social work services
- Maintain a small caseload of individuals receiving services, ensuring personalized and high-quality care
- Provide clinical oversight, guidance, and support to the team for effective implementation of behavioral interventions
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and enhance programs tailored to the unique needs of our clients
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth and development
- Respond to referrals for services and facilitate onboarding of new individual in services
- Complete ongoing billing tasks including overseeing billable time expectations of direct reports
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory agencies while providing supervision and service delivery to individuals in services

Requirements
- Master's degree or licensure in social work or related field is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in social services or humane services is required
- Experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health is preferred
- Able to perform the physical demands of the position
- Must be 18 years of age or older due to demands of driving a vehicle on behalf of the organization
- Must maintain active Driver's License and a reliable vehicle to transport individuals receiving services as needed
- Successfully complete and maintain certifications in CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration, NVCI, and any other training required and/or requested by the organization
