TRISTAR is seeking an Sr. HR Specialist (WFD)) for our government customer located in Crane, IN
Position Description:
- The Sr. HR Specialist (WFD) support will fully coordinate the entire scope of the Crane Division University (CDU) Training Program
- Expectation to participate through majority of the courses at least one time to gain full awareness/understanding of the course requirements
- Advanced organizational skills will be required. Ability to deliver presentations to executive level staff on CDU program status
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop annual CDU training plan based on Training Needs Assessment information
- Identify facilitators for each course by soliciting interest/schedule availability for each course
- Support the CDU Facilitator COI Meetings by preparing metrics or PowerPoint briefs
- Securing appropriate classrooms that meet the objectives of the course
- Preparing/ordering appropriate classroom materials via the AQM for all CDU courses
- Coordinating course evaluations at the conclusion of each class
Position Requirement:
- 7-10 years of curriculum development experience
- Thorough knowledge of: MS Excel (advanced skill level) Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to learn new IT systems efficiently and adapt to upgrades as they occur
- Individual must have professional, positive attitude with the ability to work independently and have dependable work ethics
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a T3 Clearance
Education and Certification:
- Bachelors Degree
- Masters preferred
