Swoon's Fortune 500 client is looking for an HR Support Specialist to join their team! This client is best known as an American cloud-based software company thatprovides CRM services & career growth opportunities to 80K+ employees globally.
The HR Support Specialist answers internal employee inquiries across several areas of HR concerns via phone, email, chat, etc.
This role is HYBRID (onsite 1 day/ week) in Indianapolis, IN for 6 months with the opportunity to extend or convert
Day to Day:
- Utilize Workday HRIS to manage internal employee ticket requests.
- Maintain ticket volume in a fast-paced environment via various channels including phone, live chat, & email.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR-related field.
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably high-volume call experience.
- Experience with Workday HRIS preferred, other HRIS or ticketing systems accepted.
