Hr Assistant/On-Boarding Specialist

Elite Home Health, LLC is a growing home health care agency located in Bedford, IN. We are seeking to hire a dedicated HR Assistant/On-Boarding specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for essential onboarding and administrative tasks in relation to Human Resources.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Process new applicants for employment as well as procure and authenticate documents required for employment such as I-9
• Ensure new hires and existing field staff are in compliance with IDOH regulations
• Enter compliance information into software system and utilize reporting tools to track ongoing compliance
• Welcome new employees and assist with completing paperwork
• Review and audit new hire paperwork for accuracy
• Design, develop, and deliver content for new employee orientation

Qualifications/Skills:

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in an office environment, preferably with HR exposure in a home health care agency
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
