The Corporate Information Services Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Sr. Application Analyst - Workforce Management.
The Sr. Application Analyst-Workforce Management provides system support for all components of the Kronos/UKG Dimensions platform. Initial focus will be on implementing the new Dimensions platform, including Time and Attendance, Advanced Scheduler, and potentially Workforce Analytics. Post implementation, the role will be responsible for supporting ongoing configuration, planning for new release/system upgrades, custom reporting, testing activities, system training and device management, across all supported functional areas.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Operates as functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) and primary point of contact for UKG Dimensions implementation.
- Under general supervision, leads continuing application support and maintenance for the Kronos/UKG platform.
- Assists with assessing upcoming Kronos/UKG releases for enhancements and new functionality. Assists in the testing, deployment, and stabilization of these releases.
- Oversees the coordination, creation, and documentation of project test plans, including parallel, user acceptance and functional regression testing.
- Provides Kronos/UKG reporting support to the Payroll, Nursing, Accounting and Finance teams.
- Partners with the IT Integration team to develop and maintain efficient and accurately functioning integrations with all other relevant applications.
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, or a related field required.
- Proven experience in maintaining project schedules, documentation, communications, and meeting deadlines
- Proficient with Time and Attendance and Scheduling applications.
- Ability to work independently, retain flexibility and maintain composure under pressure
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine root causes
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff to exchange information, including providing training and development to less experienced analysts
- Ability to interpret customer needs to support the configuration of application.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers.
- Ability to maintain confidential information is mandatory
