General Summary:

This role is responsible for the development, administration, and user integration of software applications. At DNP the applications range from the ERP system (Epicor) to information and intelligence solutions (PowerBI).


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Works with a team to design, develop, and accurately deliver business solutions associated with ERP and supporting business platforms.

- Administer and apply continuous improvement to current applications

- Provide daily assistance to customers (including PA, NC, TX, NH, and remote users)

- Evaluate opportunities to advance the current application offering

- Provide support for company and department initiatives that may be beyond your current role and responsibilities

- Other assignments as necessary


Education and/or Experience:

- A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or 5yrs related work experience.

- A strong understanding of how information is structured and processed within an ERP application.

* Experience with Epicor 10 and Kinetic is a strong plus.

- Experience with acquiring data form multiple sources and providing information solutions.

* Experience with SQL, SSRS, PowerBI, and SharePoint is a plus.

- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

- Knowledge of systems hardware and software

- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, time management skills, and ability to take responsibility for deliverables.

- Excellent team player

- The ability to interpret written or verbal instructions from non-technical customers and convert that information into a technical solution.

- Demonstrate proficient reasoning

Physical Demands:

The employee is frequently required to talk, hear, sit, type, stand, and walk. The employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. May occasionally be required to lift and carry up to 10 pounds. May occasionally be required to bend, reach, squat and kneel.


Safety Requirements:

Due to the nature of the work performed in this job, the employee is required to wear safety equipment when spending time in Warehouse/Production areas.
