SalaryTeamworks Winchester manages the Winchester Community Park – a 70,000 sq. ft. Indoor Field House that also features an outdoor turf with a smaller grass field. Officially opened in 2021, our facility programs adult leagues, youth leagues, camps, youth programs, birthday parties, special events, and more.
We are currently looking for a part-time, front desk/Facility Assistant to work on weekend nights. Interested candidates should have a background in sports management and have the ability to work late, weekend hours. This is a great position for recent graduates looking for a part-time position within the sports industry.
Candidates should possess the following skills and qualities:
- Friendly, energetic personality that will always put the customer first
- Dependable and responsible at work and outside of work
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work weekends
- Knowledge and experience in multiple sports
- Maintain quality facility cleanliness

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 12 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends only
