The Role:

As our Spa Manager, you'll be at the helm of our mission, leading a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and experiences that resonate with our guests. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from overseeing day-to-day spa operations to fostering a collaborative and positive work environment for our team. You'll be instrumental in shaping the spa's culture, driving revenue growth, and ensuring that every guest leaves feeling empowered and inspired.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of passionate wellness professionals, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
• Oversee day-to-day spa operations, including staffing, scheduling, client service, sales, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement innovative wellness programs and curated offerings that align with our mission and resonate with our guests.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and best practices, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for clients and staff.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to promote spa offerings and drive revenue growth, providing input and ideas to enhance the client experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring a personalized and unforgettable spa experience for every guest.
• Monitor and analyze spa performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth, and presenting recommendations to the executive team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience managing or directing spa or wellness centers, with a proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team of wellness professionals.
• Deep understanding of holistic wellness practices and a commitment to creating transformative experiences for our guests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships and fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Financial acumen and proficiency in budget management, with the ability to analyze data and drive revenue growth.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
