Job Title: Experienced Sales Consultant for Leading Wellness Brand

Job Description:

Avanti Body, a leader in the wellness and weight loss industry, is looking for a seasoned Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate is someone passionate about health and wellness, with a proven track record in high-value sales and a keen ability to nurture long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth, personalized consultations on weight loss, wellness, and fitness, tailoring recommendations to help clients achieve their goals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales targets through the sale of memberships, service upgrades, and products, while also re-engaging lapsed clients.
• Lead and expand our client referral program to encourage sustainable engagement.
• Execute weekly outreach initiatives to partner with community organizations and amplify our brand presence.
• Provide exceptional ongoing support to clients, including daily care calls, to foster a positive, transformative client journey.
• Collaborate closely with team members to deliver an unparalleled client experience, contributing to a welcoming and supportive environment.
• Prepare detailed weekly sales/marketing reports, tracking center performance against KPIs.
• Demonstrate unwavering commitment to personal accountability in all client interactions.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of direct sales experience, preferably in the fitness, beauty, or cosmetic industries, with a strong focus on consultative selling and client relationship management.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service roles, with a track record of exceeding customer expectations.
• Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, with a proficiency in computer usage and POS systems.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with clients and team members alike.
• Vibrant, energetic personality with a deep commitment to the values of health and wellness.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum high school diploma; additional certification in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Must be open to flexible scheduling, including shifts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (9am – 8pm), and Saturdays (9am – 1pm).

Schedule:

• Part-time position with an expectation of 20 – 25 hours per week.
• Flexible scheduling, including Monday to Friday and 1 to 2 Saturdays' month (5 hour shift)

Compensation:

• $17.50 - $21.00 per hour, plus commission.
