Job Duties:
- Performs all duties of the front of house, inclusive of phone, customer chat, bookings etc.
- Performs all duties of the sequence of service and care: ie consult, GFE, taking payment, rebookings, etc.
- Working directly with customers in treatment rooms, performing consults.
- Setup client rooms, robes, accessories, machines and supplies for all service providers.
- Assist and stay in room with service providers on all new consults.
- Setup before and afters and edit them for social media.
- Maintaining room clean standards; cleanup post treatments, restocking of supplies.
- Complete soap notes to help nurses with charting.
- Patient numbing and relationship building; unless otherwise assigned, you must remain bedside with clients during numbing for relationship building.
- Machinery and equipment management; Ensure up-time of any and all equipment so that the Company can best earn revenue.
- Maintain inventory levels with the Store Manager.
- Discuss post care instructions with all clients.
- Setup future appointments for clients, either same day or by calling them during follow ups.
Key Objectives
- They help the nurses to be able to see more clients.
- Patient Care Coordinators work to ensure timing and efficiency of their team.
- They ensure customers are aware of post care procedures.
- They work closely with nurses on patient follow ups.
- They are responsible for getting clients to come back at the correct designated schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
