SalaryBedford Skincare Clinic is seeking a Medical Office Manager/Medical Assistant.
Required hours: Mondays - Friday 9: 30-5, Some Saturdays as well
We are currently seeking a tech/social media savy, outgoing, passionate individual to join our team. You must be as organized, reliable, and professional as you are engaging, friendly, and supportive.
Social Media Experience REQUIRED.
Preferably one year or more of verifiable management and sales experience in a medical office, even better medical spa! Someone who loves skincare and beauty and is excited about learning more about it!
Responsibilities include greeting all incoming and outgoing patients, monitoring patient flow, answering telephones, scheduling, and confirming patient appointments, accurately entering patient data, processing payments, maintaining confidentiality, and communicating with the nurses, staff, and patients.
MUST be able to work with our Product/Service Representatives as well as keep inventory.
MUST develop product knowledge about retail skin care, and cosmetic procedures. Must be detail-oriented, incredibly warm, and friendly, with excellent spelling, accurate data entry, great phone skills and be able to correctly employ typical workplace math. Multi-tasking ability is essential with ability to problem solve and be a calm encouraging influence.
