Spa Coordinator/Receptionist

We are looking for one person to work Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. We are open from 9-6 and would like someone to cover a few hours each day. It could be an opening or closing shift, or a half day. Whatever works best for the right candidate, but they must be available to work Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Please take this into account when applying. The ability to work alone is mandatory for this position, although you will not be the only person in the building.

This position includes booking appointments, taking credit card information, discussing services/appointments with clients and staff, recording client information (needs and injuries). Client interactions can vary from responding to client inquiries, via email, text and in person whether they are checking in for their appointment and making sure that all flows properly. Clients also ask for guidance about visiting the Napa area, so knowledge of tasting rooms, restaurants and other venues is helpful.

We provide every employee with extensive training to ensure mastery of our service protocols, booking procedures, client preferences and product knowledge so we greatly prioritize hard-working applicants with positive attitudes, regardless of their skill level. However, working knowledge of Booker, or similar booking systems is useful. We use Farmhouse Fresh, PCA, Vital Body product lines, so familiarity with those is also useful!
