Medical Spa Coordinator

We are seeking a Medical Spa Coordinator/Front Office to become a part of our MedSpa team as we are quickly growing and expanding.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate nursed schedules Answer phones and book appointments Confirm appointments and answer text, emails and calls. Assist in ordering and tracking inventory Schedule good faith exams for new patients Process payments and maintain cash drawer Sell and promote skincare products based on treatment received and condition being treated. Consult alongside nurse, assist in creating customized treatment plan and confirm consents and take photos. Update monthly sales/ budget report Create monthly specials and help promote within clinic Track referral program and run staff referral specials Organize special beauty days Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety Schedule advanced trainings with reps and approve models Co-create Instagram and TikTok content and post to spa's business page

Our clinic has two of its own state of the art medical rooms at the Westfield UTC mall. The treatments we offer at our Medical Spa are neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser hair removal, IPL, SkinPen microneedling with PRP, PRP hair restoration, chemical peels, and the Morpheus8 microneedling with radiofrequency.

Qualifications:

• Preferably have 2+ years experience in sales and if possible Aesthetics Knowledge of dermatology, aesthetics, plastic surgery, and skincare preferred Knowledge of dermal fillers: Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero, Radiesse, Sculptura, etc. preferred Knowledge of neurotoxins: Botox, Xeomin, Dysport etc. preferred Entrepreneurial mindset required. Strong leadership qualities are a must! Customer-first mentality required Excellent written and verbal communications skills as well as good social media knowledge. We are a fast growing medical aesthetic spa division of a medical plastics practice run by a La Jolla based plastic surgeon. Our spa is well known for our incredible customer service and advanced injectors.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
