We are currently seeking a Part-Time Spa Key Holder to join our team. As a key holder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our spa, providing exceptional service to our clients, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

**Responsibilities:**

- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting clients with a warm and friendly demeanor.

- Keeping all areas of the spa clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

- Assisting estheticians with cleaning their treatment rooms as needed, ensuring a pristine environment for each client.

- Ensuring that all opening and closing duties are completed efficiently and accurately by the team.

- Working weekends and night shifts, as well as opening the spa on some mornings.

- Providing excellent customer service by answering client questions, addressing concerns, and assisting with booking appointments.

- Assisting with training new team members as needed.

- Reporting any incidents or issues to the spa manager promptly.

- Maintaining a high standard for the spa's appearance and overall customer experience.

- Actively promoting and selling memberships and packages to clients, maximizing revenue opportunities.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or salon environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to work weekends, nights, and mornings as required.

- Sales experience is a plus.

_ Must be neat in appearance.

- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
