Role Overview:
The Jacksonville office of Florida Defense Litigation Lawyers seeks an Associate with 3+ years of civil litigation experience. Prior Insurance Defense, premises liability, or bodily injury is highly desired. Trial experience is a plus!
Your Day-to-Day:

• Draft and review vital pleadings and motions, respond to discoveries
• Attend hearings, argue motions, manage complex civil litigation matters
• Must be proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
• Communicate in a highly effective manner with colleagues and clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Requirements:
What you bring:

• Stellar academic credentials
• Strong legal research and excellent writing skills, as well as possess strong/persuasive oral advocacy
• Client-Centric Approach: Our clients are our compass—your unwavering commitment to exceptional client service
• Highly organized, with clear and concise communication style
• Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
• Insurance defense, bodily injury, or premise liability experience preferred.
