Front Office Coordinator At Medical Spa/Plastic Surgery Center

A top rated Orange County based group of medical spas and plastic Surgery Center has a full time Patient Advisor position available. The hours are Monday thru Friday 9-6pm most weeks. THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITTION requiring 40 hours per week. Occasional Saturdays.

Successful candidate must be energetic and motivated with a positive attitude. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Growth opportunities available! Responsibilities include:
-Counseling patients about product and treatment recommendations

-Selling skincare products

-Handling phone calls- providing excellent customer service
-Scheduling appointments
-Greeting, checking patients in/out
-Educate patients on treatments and technologies and skin care products
-Preparing/managing electronic medical records
-Perform, review and reconciliation of daily activity reports
-Helping to create an atmosphere that ensures the highest quality experience for patients
-Other administrative/accounting duties

Skills/Experience Required

-SPA, MEDICAL OFFICE, OR SKINCARE PRODUCTS SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
-Excellent communication and phone skills are critical
-Sales training/experience
-Strong computer skills
-High level of professionalism- including attire and appearance
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize
-Ability to think critically and adapt to a fast paced environment
-Good organization and time management skills
-High level of attention to detail
-Pro-active attitude towards completing tasks
-Willing to pitch in and work as a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
